How is the cost of a trip calculated?
A number of data points are used to calculate the prepaid fare, including the estimated travel time and distance from the origin to the destination and by the query pattern for that route at that time. Also includes all applicable tolls, taxes, surcharges and fees (excluding waiting time charges)
